In assisted stretch clients lie down & relax, no yoga balancing or reaching, & just breathe into stretches where we do the work, moving your limbs into proper positions allowing you to get that lighter, pain free ease of mobility we all took for granted in our youth. Turn back the years with assisted stretch!
We provide Assisted Stretching, as offered by brick & mortar locations, but do not require memberships & allow you to use your minutes as your schedule allows.
Assisted stretching is quickly becoming appreciated for improving mobility, easing movement & decreasing pain. Our goal is to improve access to assisted stretching and to offer it both where people live and where they practice their sports or activities.
