Cancellation Policy & Nonrefundability of Packs

A scheduled service CAN be cancelled or rescheduled with written notice to Stretchy.Us LLC at least 24 hours in advance of the service start time.


However, if the client cancels, no shows or reschedules within 24 hours of the service start time, the client agrees to a 30 minute deduction.


Packs are Nonrefundable. Pack minutes do NOT expire and ARE transferable but are nonrefundable.
