The Focused Lat Stretch

This technique allows you to focus the force normally distributed to BOTH lats when doing a typical latissimus dorsi stretch into ONE side at a time, greatly improving the stretch. When doing it, make sure your knees do NOT push forward over your feet as this will mitigate the stretch. As always, text/call me if you have questions after seeing the 1:52 long video.
